IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PRESENTING COMPANIES

     1. Registrations - up to four individuals from any presenting company may attend the conference. All details and costs are provided on the conference registration page.

     2. Presentations - Each company is allocated 30 minutes to make their presentation.  There are NO breakout sessions at this conference. We suggest a 18 -20 minute main presentation with the remainder of time used to answer questions.  Graphic slides with less text are more effective. Remember that all presentations will be recorded on NobleVideoHD™ webcasting which features full, high definition video of the presenter(s) - we can accommodate more than one speaker upon request. Although the conference is Business-Casual dress, men may wish to bring a tie for the formal presentation. All participants will have 5 minutes to get to their next meeting. Please note that no presentations will be allowed to run overtime - the published schedule will be followed to the minute/second.


     3. Speaker PowerPoint Presentations - If your presentation is 5 megabytes or less, you can email your presentation to: pjung@noblefinancialgroup.com . You can also send your PC-formatted presentation on CD-ROM or DVD to: Peter Jung, Noble Financial Group, 6501 Congress Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida 33487. If your presentation is more than 5 megabytes you may send the hard copy as described above (or if below 100 megabytes) you can send it electronically in the following way:

We suggest you also bring a copy of your presentation to the conference. Presentations will be accepted no later than June 3, 2009 at 4:00pm EST.  Presentation rooms will be equipped with computer, projector, screen, video camera, podium and microphone. Presenters will advance their slides via remote controllers.

     4. Webcasts - Webcasting of corporate presentations is required at Austin Power Brokers Conference. We will again be employing the award-winning technology of Sonic Foundry in the production of all NobleVideoHD™ Live-casts. This service is fully compliant with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations. Each live-cast will include slides from your PowerPoint presentation, audio and high resolution streaming video. You will be provided with a portal - dedicated link - for your website. The Internet Address of your unique portal will be sent to you about 10 days prior to the conference. In addition, presentations will be immediately archived and available to investors in the conference main corridor for review after your presentation. Although unlimited access may be available from your website, Noble Financial will require credentialed sign-in for viewing from the ONTRACK 2010 and Noble Research websites.

    6. News Release Distribution - As a sponsor of the ONTRACK 2010 Conference, PR Newswire is pleased to offer your company the opportunity to promote its participation to the media and investors with a free 100 word company profile. This Profile will be distributed to the media nationwide including disclosure media, Analyst Wire, financial database and online services and relevant trade media worldwide. In addition, PR Newswire will be offering custom news release distribution options and will be onsite to assist you with issuing breaking news releases regarding your presentation. Since PR Newswire will be hosting the online news center for Noble Financial's ONTRACK 2010 Conference, media, analysts and investors will have instant access to presenting company profiles and breaking news. The template for the 100-word profile will be sent to you prior to the event.

    7. Company Materials Delivery - Space will be designated outside of presentation rooms for corporate materials. We suggest you send no more than 40 sets as most investors prefer to have materials sent to their offices after the conference... or review materials and websites prior to the conference. Handling of your materials is included in your company registration if materials are properly labeled and sent at the proper times. A minimum charge (depending on size / weight) by the Hotel of $10 per box will apply for early, late or improperly labeled packages sent directly to the hotel. To avoid charges, materials must be sent to arrive no earlier than May 28, 2010 and no later than June 3, 2010. If more than one box is sent, please indicate on the box 1-of-3, 2-of-3, 3-of-3, etc. Please note that no leftover materials will be returned to you.     9. One-on-Ones - We are pleased to offer one-on-one opportunities at our ONTRACK 2010 Conference. Each meeting will be 30 minutes unless a longer meeting is requested by an investor. Longer meetings will be 60 minutes. We will make every attempt  to accommodate all requests, however, demand will vary among companies. In today's difficult capital markets environment, generally companies with larger market capitalization get the most requests.

     9. Schedules - Preliminary schedules will be emailed approximately  four days  prior to the Conference. Upon arrival and Conference check-in you will receive and an updated schedule, which may or may not have changed. Also, a full-time One-on-One Desk will be available to help coordinate meeting space for opportunities developed at the Conference.
